Our mission at HR Lax is to provide the best quality lacrosse experience for all of our players, while also aiding in the advancement of lacrosse in our area.  With this comes doing everything possible to help our programs move towards VHSL status in their school.  To help move towards this goal for all of our teams, we are pushing all of you to continue to recruit heavily with the goal of having each team be a school specific program.  With that being said, we understand that there are some players whose schools do not have enough players to form a team.  Those players will be kept separate from rosters, and placed with the school that is the best fit location wise and roster-size wise.  Some schools have already stated that their goal is to become VHSL sanctioned for lacrosse as soon as the 2025 season.  These schools' teams must be made up of players from just their school in order for this to happen.  We will push to support this in all cases.
