Games played at various locations throughout Hampton Roads

Ages 9th grade - 12th grade

Sunday, January 25th

All players and coaches must have a valid USA Lacrosse membership until 11/30/2025

USA Lacrosse memberships are $35 per player

Games begin week of September 29th played at various locations in Norfolk and Virginia Beach

Each team will play 6 games

Fall Ball is for players in 9-12th grade

We are looking for numerous volunteers, for various positions.
